That’s the gap Angel Eyes fills, whichever side of it you’re on.
We fund the renovation. We manage the project from start to finish. And instead of asking you to pay us back on a schedule, we’re repaid from your home’s sale proceeds at closing — along with a service fee for the work we’ve done. If the home doesn’t sell, there’s nothing to repay from proceeds that don’t exist. Our interest is the same as yours: getting your home sold for the best possible price.
We walk the property with you (and your agent, if you have one) and identify which improvements are likely to move the needle on sale price.
We agree together on what gets done, and you’ll understand clearly how the arrangement works before anything begins.
Angel Eyes covers the cost and oversees the project — contractors, timeline, quality — so you don’t have to.
Your listing agent markets the improved property. This is still your sale, your agent, your process.
At closing, Angel Eyes is repaid the cost of the renovation plus our service fee — directly from the sale proceeds. Whatever remains is yours.
